definitely would not recommend bought a van a month ago that wasn’t supposedly checked over and made sure it was safe and as soon as i put stuff in started making a knocking noise and it turns out the steering rack has gone and trying to find a garage that deal with the warranty company is a pain in the arse, 100% do not recommend.

Went to view a car which looked good. Perfectly friendly chap gave us keys. Took it for test drive (being told he had been driving it for a week) and there was a bit of a clunk on the gearbox, and a strange noise coming from somewhere in the dash, constantly whirring. Turned off fans & aircon etc, still whirring. Pulled over, still whirring. Took it back and explained. Another chap came out, listened to it and said it was just a fan, but if we don't want it, just leave. Well, that was an instant change in attitude because we had mentioned the noise! We decided to go for lunch and have a think, so we asked if there was somewhere nearby. We were told abruptly to google it as he walked away. If you want rude people, this place will certainly impress you. Goes without saying, we didn't go back for the car! It stank of smoke too. Yuk. Avoid!!!

Didn't want to give details of car service history. Was prepared to drive a 6 hour round trip to buy a car but it turns out the car is 2 years overdue a Cambelt change. Huge red flag . Asked if they would get it sorted but the answer is no. Only a few weeks mot on it well. Looks like they've bought a car without checking it. Pleased I spent the money checking. Mileage discrepancy too. Very rude on phone. We were after 2 cars with \xa325k to spend.

My experience with this seller was extremely disappointing. I purchased a van that was advertised as being in good working condition, but it turned out to be completely unfit for use. Serious mechanical issues became obvious shortly after the sale — problems that should have been disclosed or spotted if the vehicle had been honestly represented. After trying to resolve the matter privately with no success, I was forced to take the seller to small claims court. Only a few weeks before the court date, he agreed to pay me my money back — which says a lot about the strength of my case and the condition the van was actually in. This entire situation caused me unnecessary stress, time, and expense. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this seller to be extremely cautious and insist on an independent inspection before handing over any money.

Purchased a vauxhall combi van from this dealership. Very good condition inside and out. Imran made sure it was thoroughly checked over before it was handed over to me. Very happy with purchase and also I how i was dealt with by the company.

Had a business partner buy a 4x4 from this company and he regretted it. It's been in and out of the garage numerous times. I narrowly escaped the same as I was planning on buying a vehicle from them. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I bought a Ford Transit Connect from these guys I went there by appointment to see the van and do a test drive..van was not ready for sale..anyway I done the test..I accepted to buy it and I have been told they will check it/clean it for me to come an pick it up on the following week, new battery was needed..they call me to pick the van up after few days, I have been told they checked everything..the agent give me "the best warranty they have" he was spoiling them so hard to make me to buy it..I have bought it at the end wit \xa3400 for 6 months ( a lot of money) Just becouse he said to me this warranty covers EVERYTHING including wear&tear, the best one they have! Next day I realised they have not checked many everything, parking sensors not working, reversing lights not working, rear tyres really bad, whell alignment needs doing as the steering wheel sits to the left and I mentioned this to the guy who was with me at the test drive, he said don't worry if you buy it we sort everything out! Air conditioning not working, engine vibration.. I decided to go to the service through warranty ( they cover everything) I ring them before and they give me to go ahead and they will pay for diagnose and repair..I done diagnostic, fixed air conditioning..and the warranty said they will not pay becouse has not been aproved by them! So after all that the best warranty we have I had to pay to fix the AC, the reversing lights the sensors, pay for diagnostic..engine vibration has not been fixed yet becouse looks like I have to pay for everything even if I payed \xa3400 for this s**t warranty that covers nothing! So not the best experience with these guys! (And the battery they fitted is wrong as on diagnose says high voltage)
