Car has been faulty for over 2 months. Pentagon sheffield vauxhall have had the car for a month, claiming they didn't know the problem and required assistance from vauxhall. 1 month later I receive a message & phone call claiming the car has been repaired and was ready to collect. Upon arriving at pentagon I was confronted by a lady who advised me the car hasn't been repaired as the cost of this would be \xa31200. The car isn't even a year old. Its under warranty but they are hesitant to repair cars if it cost them. She then came back out from the back office claiming it has been repaired. 10 minutes down the road from pentagon sheffield the car faults again. The exact same fault. It's not acceptable, they clearly need more experienced technicians as the ones they have done have a clue what there doing. Good luck if you ever get a car from this place. Open Case reference:6963 Just received notification from my work my car is speeding. Told me car would be ready a week ago Still not repaired. Shocking service.

Terrible service ,they charge me \xa3149 for nothing they didn’t even give me a diagnostic report They ask \xa3923 only for diagnose the car and said maybe more needed and it’s not guarantee if we can fix your car This is absolutely joke Avoid this place

Service staff top class no issues at all they are however let down by whoever moves cars around the car park as I have nearly been struck a few times with once instance been with me been on a bicycle. I'm sure there is usually a 5mph posted speed limit but I've seen staff members rushing straight out of give way junctions with no consideration of anyone else.

The staff at the reception are so bad, the women who are there talk so badly, there is no one to talk to, and the bodywork they did was so dirty, so dirty that no matter how bad you say it, it is the bad shop in the world please not use this for anything never stay away from this Vauxhall car dealer and body shop

Terrible experience getting a MOT. Very slow (3+days). Poor communication. Dishonest- unnecessary works quoted for. Very expensive. Told me I need two rear tyres replacing but second garage I went to couldn’t find anything at all wrong with them- this is criminal and bad for the planet. Quoted \xa3177 for replacing blocked washer jet which second garage unblocked for free in 5 mins. Sent info via online portal but this system was inaccurate and not linked up to customers services people. NB: on contacting Vauxhall customer care about this issue I received a standard response mentioning “durability of components” and it was clear that the customer service representative had not read my complaint. Contacting customer services (as suggested below) was a waste of time and my MOT fee was not refunded by Vauxhall.
