5 Stars simply is not sufficient for the service delivered by Amelia and Aaron at Pentagon Vauxhall Derby. From my initial enquiry to collection the service I received was outstanding. We have 11 vehicles and to date, never have I received such amazing service. Amelia sent a full and detailed video of the van, and her detail and level of service was the best I have received in 42 years of buying vehicles. In fact if Carlsberg were to go into selling vehicles they could learn so much from Amelia & Aaron. May I take the opportunity of thanking you both, your service was outstanding from start to collection. Pentagon Vauxhall Derby, Where Customer Service is an Attitude, not a Department.
