An absolute pleasure from my initial visit to handover. Professional, courteous staff that simply could not help more if they tried.

Booked our car in for a diagnostic. We received a confirmation text the day before our appointment, when we arrived at the appointment we were told that the diagnostic machine is broken so they are unable to do the work untill mid-end of November. I understand that this can not be helped but I am very disappointed that we were allowed to turn up to our appointment before being informed of the problem. Not a very good first impression! I would give 0 stars.

First time visiting Audi Shrewsbury, we were looking for an A1. We arrived at 3 o’clock, we were driving away with a new car within a few hours! Phil went above and beyond to get the finance sorted quickly and get us a good monthly price. We also part ex’d our current car for a great price. Definitely would recommend this dealership, lovely staff and great cars. Thank you so much Phil.

Polite incompetence... The staff are very polite, but the service is terrible. Booked for a service while I wait two months in advance, only to be told it can't be done while I wait. This is after arriving at before 8am as requested and waiting over 25 minutes to be checked in to start with. This is the second time they've done this to me, making it 2-for2 and a 100% failure rate. If the work can't be done while I wait, don't book it for such, or offer a courtesy car or a lift home.

Updated Review After care here is second to none A problem with the car and the AA towed it back to Audi and arranged for a hire car from Enterprise in Oswestry who have been extremely helpful This service has been absolutely brilliant Thanks Audi 10 Stars From Me

Great personal service, Mollie made the process very easy. Always smiling and welcoming she made the stressful job of buying a new car easy. The hand over was very professional and she explained everything as this is our first electric car. Great job Thanks

Service team? Assuming they actually exist... if you can get through to them you are already defying the odds. Feels like I’m dating a commitment-phobe – keen at first, then vanish the moment things get serious (like, say, fixing my car). Dropped it off then constantly chasing for updates, no diagnosis, no clue. Just me, sat there, refreshing voicemails like a desperate ex. Audi, if you're reading this – it’s not me, it’s you.

Very disappointed after having the bonnet of my Q5 ceramic coated at Shrewsbury Audi , only to find they had coated over the top of the flies stuck to the bonnet. What a load of jokers !!!

3 month wait for warranty repair. ! Booked into Stafford Audi 2 day wait ..
