Have just got home with the van I have bought from Piers. Absolute fantastic chap to deal with. He's really down to earth and doesn't try to give you the hard sell. He's honest about any little issues that his vehicles may have (they're 2nd hand, there will always be issues) and really knows his stuff! Thanks Beeston Bros Ltd!!

Arranged a day and time to view the car, turned up and was told that he was too hungover to see me, and that the car had already been sold.

I bought a van i had seen on Ebay from Piers at Beeston Bros and all looked good at first and the van drove well, but once i got it home i found a number of issues hiding. Piers was fantastic about the issues and we agreed an exchange on another van with no arguments (also offered to fix the issues on the van or a full refund). Used vans are always going have a few issues but finding a dealer that stands by their customers and goes above and beyond to sort any problem that crop up is refreshing.

Called and arranged a viewing, was told to come friday as not only would the van I was interested be in, but so would several others. Arrived at arranged time to find none of the vans there and not due in until next week. These are all advertised still on eBay etc. Wasted my time!
