Arrived at 12:40 on Saturday, well before your stated closing time of 13:00, only to find everything locked up and no staff in sight. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. If you can’t stick to your advertised hours, update them or close the business altogether. Absolutely unacceptable.

Told me my 2022 Sprinter with 18,000 miles needed new brake discs and pads all round at a cost of \xa31,100 plus vat. For a second opinion I took it to a very reputable garage who work on servicing hundreds of Sprinters, after a detailed inspection they told me there was no need whatsoever to change them. Very disappointing.

Greeted immediately and offered refreshments. Viewed 2 vans, test drove 1. Used their toilet. All their vehicles were in showroom condition. 2 days later after arranging finance and getting insurance quotes i paid a deposit over the phone. I collect my van in less than 2 weeks. 😁😁😁 I highly recommend them. My van comes with a 12 month mercedes warranty. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, like I did.

Constant noise even now at 3am non stop and I have had enough I am now contacting epa and council Edit here we are again at 3 in the morning and I am legitimately about to lose my s...... Revving engines wooo great time had by all at this time even when we have elderly people on this street who are ill and dying but sure bet you got those vans and bs sorted

What a pleasant experience I took my Hymer there to have a navigation system sorted out. We were treated with courtesy by all members of staff in particular by the young lady on reception and the service manager. The issue was resolved without any problems

Took my 2008 sprinter van in for a suspected leaking diesel injector due to a burning smell, following day they rang me to say it was leaking but the van is too old and not cost effected to fix. charged me \xa3168 for the pleasure, when I got it home I checked myself and found it to be an oil leak not a diesel injector. Emailed to complain but no reply.
