Worst dealership I’ve ever bought a car from by far. Sold a car not fit for purpose after a day of having it and 4 weeks of it being in another dealership for repairs and being refused for repairs due to no approval from warranty. Only had the car for one day. Will definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. They have refused for me to have my part exchange back and now I’m left with no car!!

Recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque through this dealership. Due to some unforseen issues with the car, it ended with a delay in my car being ready. Not the fault of the dealership, just circumstances really. The salesman, Tim kept me updated through the whole process. Today, my car was delivered to me. Thank you Tim

Oh my god!!! Sales person just shocking and not helpfull or shall we say not interested. Cars been used for seagull target practice. Screen prices don't match the advertised Internet prices so check their website as it's a huge difference. Actually, I left there, drove to Swansea and purchased a car from a helpfull dealer!!

Been trying to speak to parts for a week now. Called up first day got told they’ll give me a call back so gave over my contact details never heard anything back. Been phoning every day to try speak to parts yet the phone goes straight through to Carmarthen because no one’s picking up.

5* service. Excellent Customer Care. Sorted out a persistent coolant leak caused by another garage's incompetence.

Useless! No help whatsoever. 2nd time vehicle has warranty fault. Not able to even look at vehicle this month. Taking bookings now for Ocotber according to Donovan. Had to take to another dealer who examined it next day although they were also fully booked and warranty repair in progress. Poor poor service.
