I would not recommend Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot because in general since I received the vehicle I've had a few issues that should have been addressed before purchase or at the very least made clear to me at handover with a discount or the offer to pay to get them rectified. I've tried emailing and calling about the issues to the person who sold me the car / dealt with the sale and after over a week (10 days and counting) I've had no replies at all and when I rang to speak to anyone I was put through to him and he said he'd been off a few days and would get back to me - that was 3 days ago in itself at the time I'm writing this out. I haven't been contacted since I bought the vehicle by anyone regardless but after bringing up the issues twice they've still not gotten back to me and it's given a very bad impression to me that they just wanted the sale and that I will now have to push hard to get any reply or help with the issues I've raised. I understand a used car (10 years old in my case) is going to have a few issues and overall it's still in very good condition from what I can physically see but they claim all used vehicles are given a "116 point check and a full inspection". With what I've found so far I don't know if I can expect more trouble later but right now I don't even know when the car was last serviced as it certainly wasn't done by Perrys. When the car got to me I found that -It had the original battery - 10 years old and failing as confirmed by Halfords -A very dirty engine bay full of cobwebs and leaves -Dirty oil that will need changing soon to avoid the inevitable issues dirty oil brings -Coolant that was barely at the minimum marker - I'd be generous if I said it was 2mm above the line -A few bodywork issues such as a visible scratch on the rear driver's side door that wasn't clear in their photos and only pointed out at delivery, and a rear passenger side door that closes with a noticeable gap as if something was jammed in it when it was closed causing some wind noise at higher speeds. I've also since found that a rear wheel bearing is going to need replacing (again, Halfords confirmed after I heard it) as well which is even more disturbing considering this same vehicle is supposed to have passed a new MOT on 15th July with zero advisories and then driven 225 miles to my door with dirty oil and such low coolant. I'll also note that I received zero service history for the vehicle and the last MOT that they had done is also the only MOT receipt missing from the limited information I received with the car. It's frustrating more than anything because I like the car, it drives well and is a smooth ride but these are all relatively minor things and it tells me if they missed out on these they probably missed out on other more serious issues.
