Not the most helpful receptionist in the world, as a first time visitor far too busy and cluttered yard as well..

I wouldn't advise taking your vehicle here for any sort of repair , my vehicle has been in for nearly 3 months and so far is worse than when it arrived , no urgency to get the vehicle complete. Telling me I should call peugeot to try and speed things up. Absolutely terrible , in any other industry you wouldn't get away with a fault taking so long to be repaired the customer would move on . Embarrassing .

Had a really good experience buying a van from the Vospers Van Centre in Plymouth. Would really recommend Dan Kayes who was really informative and happy to answer any questions that I had. He wasn't pushy at all which was a pleasant experience compared to other garages and he was very quick getting back to me with any follow up queries that I had. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, and all in all I was very happy with the experience!

Took a perfectly good ford van in for service with vospers, when it came out the engine management light came on within 10 miles Contacted them straight.away and they told be the closest appointment they had was in 8 weeks time to fix a fault that they created in the first place, it seems that this is normal for warranty repairs etc it only that if you are booking and PAYING for a service they are happy to book you in quickly

Tony was friendly and incredibly helpful when I bought one of the new Rangers. Everything was spotless and ready for the collection. He even picked me up from the station and laid on a quick tour of the city and harbour. I would definitely use Vospers again.
