I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Orpington to a friend because I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and had a can-do attitude. The car we found was from another branch (Northampton, I believe) and was transferred down to the Orpington branch for us to view and eventually purchase. We collected on 21/12/23 and drove it home, unfortunately on that drive home we realised that there was a problem with 3rd gear. We contacted the garage and arranged to return the vehicle the next day for them to inspect and test. This was done without hesitation and in a very friendly and professional manner and with sincere apology. Upon inspection, it was found that there was indeed a problem with 3rd gear and that a part needed to be ordered and repairs would be undertaken. Unfortunately, with it being so close to Christmas delivery timings for the part were not on our side and we didn't get the car back until 10th January, which wasn't ideal. Having said that, the staff (Millie, Tom and Craig) did everything they could in this situation. They communicated with us regularly, keeping us updated on progress and Millie even delivered the car back to us on her day off, which I feel went above and beyond our expectations and was very much appreciated. Customer service like this goes along way, thank you.
