Great personal service, Mollie made the process very easy. Always smiling and welcoming she made the stressful job of buying a new car easy. The hand over was very professional and she explained everything as this is our first electric car. Great job Thanks

Service team? Assuming they actually exist... if you can get through to them you are already defying the odds. Feels like I’m dating a commitment-phobe – keen at first, then vanish the moment things get serious (like, say, fixing my car). Dropped it off then constantly chasing for updates, no diagnosis, no clue. Just me, sat there, refreshing voicemails like a desperate ex. Audi, if you're reading this – it’s not me, it’s you.

Very disappointed after having the bonnet of my Q5 ceramic coated at Shrewsbury Audi , only to find they had coated over the top of the flies stuck to the bonnet. What a load of jokers !!!

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Stratstone Shrewsbury Audi, particularly given the standards they publicly promote. I purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan PHEV from the dealership, and from the moment I received the car, it was evident that it had not been properly prepared. There was a used cupcake wrapper in the passenger seat pouch, dog hair in the boot, and loose pennies in the dashboard compartment. These issues may seem minor individually, but together they reflect a serious lack of attention to basic cleanliness and presentation — not what you'd expect when purchasing from a main dealer. Much more concerning was the fact that the vehicle’s electric charging flap would not open, making it impossible to charge the car. I had to take the vehicle to a VW dealership where the actuator has been deemed faulty and requires replacement. When raised this with the salesperson at Stratstone Audi, I was told this hadn’t been checked and the vehicle had not been charged prior to delivery. This directly contradicts Stratstone’s own stated standards. According to their website: “At Stratstone, we have a variety of quality used cars for you to choose from. Each car is carefully selected by our teams before making its way through the rigorous preparation process, where it is inspected by a qualified technician and then fully valeted.” In my case, this process was clearly not followed. The vehicle was neither properly inspected nor fully valeted, and a core function of the car — its ability to charge — was completely overlooked. I expected a significantly higher level of care and professionalism from a dealership associated with a premium brand. I hope Stratstone Sherwsbury Audi seriously considers this feedback and takes steps to ensure future customers receive the level of service and attention\xa0they\xa0promise.

Sales here is great though be aware after sales is very VERY poor to the point I stopped contacting them about small issues and contacted Audi direct via the app. Booking in a service is very difficult, I have an overdue recall for the brakes and service due in July and they offered me September! I asked them to put in writing that it would be ok for my recall and service to wait which they refused. I contacted Audi direct again with a complaint and car booked in with a curtesy car next week!

Service and communication very poor. Had a service a few months ago which was booked well in advance to be told the day before the hire car we had booked is not available. Over the last 2 weeks have spoken about selling our car to Audi Shrewsbury .On both occasions I have been told someone will phone you back or send a link to add photos of the car and never hear anything back. I'll go elsewhere where now . Need to sort communication / customer service out as a priority. Other Audi branches get back to me straight away and show a much better level of service.

Having had a catalogue of issues I do wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing a second hand vehicle from this dealership. They are great in sales, but if you are unlucky enough to buy a car with issues as I was then the aftersales is shocking. It’s really put me off Audi and it’s a shame as I do like the brand but don’t want to have to travel for an hour to get to a decent dealership. I had thought paying the extra to buy from a main dealer would give me peace of mind, but it’s the opposite. First my car rear washer didn’t work from day one. They fixed that after a week or so, then returned the car, dropped the key on the front wing damaging both the key and the car, got me a new key - don’t respond to me for a Month when I wanted to arrange to collect it, then the alarm started to go off all the time for no reason. Car goes in on a Monday - comes back Monday evening and I am told it’s fixed - alarm goes off directly and then again at 3am meaning the car can’t be locked. Tried to book it in again, told there is no courtesy car available and suggested I call breakdown. Messed about for ages - raised a formal complaint with Audi and got something done. Car comes back and it’s showing low oil- I email the service manager - this is 11th April - still waiting for a reply. I hadn’t noticed it particularly initially but when the car was returned it also now won’t open the boot unless I use the key and the brakes are squealing. The saga continues. My advice as with other reviews, Audi are a good brand, a nice car but avoid this particular franchise.

Sorry to see the 1-star reviews for Sales and Service at Audi Shrewsbury, but perhaps the shining beacon for outstanding customer service should go to Alex from Parts. He runs the online website and eBay shop entirely on his own and I have purchased a couple of items recently and the service has been simply flawless. First purchase, the courier somehow delivered to totally the wrong address. Alex got on to the courier and helped me sort that and the item was re-delivered to the correct address the following day. Second item I purchased, Alex messaged me to say that hadn't received deliveries to Audi Shrewsbury but he managed to source one in group and make sure it got sent out to me with next day delivery. Simply outstanding customer service, great communications and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying Audi parts again from Alex. Great job, keep up the amazing work.
