Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He couldn't have done more to help with my enquiry. This is in stark contrast to the staff at Sytner Mercedes in Stockton who seem to find customers an irritation that gets in the way of their office work.

Brilliant company to deal with. The best customer service I’ve ever received when purchasing a used vehicle. Jamie is an absolute credit to the company making the whole process of reserving all the way to delivery process a walk in the park. Keeping you updated all the way through. Even after the purchase of the vehicle where we had an issue recovering prior service history from the former owner, Jamie was on hand to assist and even offered to purchase a dealer service on the vehicle as a gesture of good will for the messing about by the prior owner. Will certainly return in future when looking for my next vehicle.
