Earlier this month, 100 miles from home in Worthing, my engine management light came on. I decided to go to Dinnages, the local Ford dealer to get it checked out. The kindness and attention I received was amazing and the service manager, Paul Francis looked at the car immediately. (Unheard of!) Subsequently I booked the car in and after exhaustive tests, the car was given a clean bill of health. On collecting the car I was informed there was no charge for either of my visits. Make sure you ask for Andre!! What he can’t fix up on commercials hasn’t been invented yet, but the service definitely is a game changer! Just a shame I had travel from Hexham Northumberland to Worthing the South coast (West Sussex) to find Ford Commercials at their very best! You can’t beat Dinnages! Just taken delivery of my new Ford Transit Connect from Andre at Dinnages Ford Transit Centre in Worthing. Having been dissapointed with other Dealerships, waiting six months for a new van which never arrived, I was extremely happy with the service I received from Andre at Dinnages. From taking me out in a brand new vehicle for two demo's at the start, to keeping me informed throughout the ordering and delivery process Andre was excellent.
