Matthew from the Carlisle Branch was amazing from start to finish. Very Professional, very polite, even picked me up from the station which I really appreciated. Matthew explained everything regarding the van thoroughly as this was my first experience of buying an electric vehicle so I was a bit confused regarding the different types of chargers. From the first initial phone call to final delivery of our used e-Sprinter van we couldn't thank Matthew from Carlisle enough. This was our first electric vehicle and he answered all our questions on the van, miles, and service plan. His friendly manner meant the whole process was very smooth from start to delivery. When the van was delivered Stuart the driver went through the whole process of how the van works and stayed until we were happy for him to go!. Matthew was a pleasure to deal with and would definitely use Carlisle again and recommend to friends and trade friends too.
