Was checked in by Elge last Monday and they sourced the part it took a week which was not uncommon as it was quite a big part they was clear with the instruction and made the vehicle safe for me to carry on my day to day when I went back to get it sorted it was a long time labour and I mentioned a few other thing and they where very happy to accommodate plus help With future endeavours with my vehicle thanks very much to Elge and the team would highly recommend

A really fantastic expierience buying my car and trading in my old one. I havnt bought many cars from dealers but Peter was great in making me feel at ease and explaining everything I needed to do and everything they would take care of. It has been a while since I purchase a vehicle. Approved Cars Ltd staff made the whole transaction seem-less and enjoyable, they took all the stress away from me. James was extremely patient with me allowing me to walk around all the cars I had in mind, once I had made my decision he was very clear and reassuring on the next steps to owning my car. Bought 2 excellent used vans from Approved used cars and finance this month. Choice of vans was extensive and fairly priced. Our salesman Gary was very professional, no pressure, honest and knowledgeable when asked questions about the vans I wanted. Everything was explained clearly about finance which was very competitive, fees, charges and warranties, enabling me to make a clear decision to purchase. I will be requiring further vehicles this year and will defiantly go direct to Gary when I need them.
