Bought a crv nearly 2 months ago and about 2 weeks ago notice a knock on the front end and the turbo pipe was blowing when I collected the car and the owner said it was nothing, it's going in the garage next week for a few jobs doing things that it shouldn't have past it mot on but to be honest I have had problems with car sales garages before and it's taken so long to try and get a refund I just can't be bothered anymore so I am paying for the repairs myself but at least I can STOP OTHERS FROM BUYING FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS. And then it's up to people if they buy or not, the trouble is there is so many car sales like this and they know all the con tricks not to pay money back, and when they are in business with a garage doing dodgy MOT,S then you can't win it's always them what wins, there may be the odd one or two that's Bought a car from these but not many and I don't recommend anyone to buy from these.

I purchased a van from this garage in May, along with an RAC extended warranty for \xa3249. Shockingly, within just three hours of driving off, the vehicle showed serious mechanical faults including the engine warning light coming on, turbo issues, and a burning smell from the clutch—despite being told it had a full service. I immediately rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which they tried to fight, but I'd taken legal advice and knew my rights. Despite this, \xa3290 was unfairly deducted as an “administration fee,” which is unlawful when returning faulty goods. The refund process for the main part of the refund was a mess. I was first given a cheque that was written incorrectly (deliberately, I believe) and rejected by the bank. After being ignored on the phone, I had to return in person just to get my money back—this time via BACS. Even now, I’m still waiting for the \xa3249 RAC warranty refund, which should’ve been returned during the cooling-off period AND the initial deposit. In total, I’ve lost time, fuel, and money dealing with a company that appears to ignore consumer protection laws and basic customer service. I will be escalating this matter with Trading Standards and pursuing legal action although they have been rejecting my letters sent via royal mail signed for. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this business.

Sold us a car that developed a catastrophic fault within 3 months and then avoided all legal responsibility to fix it or refund. Legal action pursued. Still waiting for them to take responsibility.

You can’t trust these crooks, traded my old car in as scrap/parts. They said they declared it as off road on their computer, complete lies.

My husband bought a car from wakefield motor house 6 years ago with no issues . So it was my obvious place to go when I wanted a car. I was spoilt for choice but finally decided on a Nissan Duke. I was happy with the test drive and knew it was the car for me. It did need the arm rest sorting and also glass in the fog light. This was done for me . The staff were all very friendly. And NOT pushy to get the sale. I'm pleased with my purchase and to make me feel more of a valued customer I was given a bottle of Asti.

First impressions ticks all the boxes. Second not so clever Third car had just a few issues Forth the worse it got Then took it to a reputable garage who then confirmed more issues and it wouldn't pass a mot in there . Been advised to contact dvsa and then report the mot .also trading standards for return of vehicle

Update! I did have this post up then took it down as the Owner Hamza promised he will pay towards the repair which we agreed at \xa3500.. paid me \xa3100 to take it down and promised to transfer the remaining Monday morning but still nothing but a load of excuses! Avoid at all costs!!!! Advertises Vehicles with full history with no paperwork to back it up. Bought a BMW X5 from them privately thinking it should be okay as they also own a dealership. Car was described as having full history and absolutely nothing working with it.. when I got the car home realised that the cars timing chain is rattling severely which is a 2k fix. Car was warm when the vehicle was inspected so no noise was coming from it but when started up cold was a different story. Now Hamza the owner agreed to pay towards the repair which I still haven’t received the money for and it’s been 3 weeks.. and he also tried to de fraud the warranty company as he said he can stick on a warranty on it and claim through it.. I’ve giving him enough time now. But don’t want anyone else ripped off!!! Stay Clear
