After buying a car and leaving the showroom the car went into limp mode, they sent me to a back street mechanic to fix the issue, after collecting the vehicle it has a load of dust from the next doors body back street work shop, I found the wing mirrors do not operate the car has an oil problem, a camshaft problem and a rough idle problem. Star Cars it is not... more like dead cars. You can write on here with some rubbish that you care, but in reality you have sold a dead car , now your telling me to use the warranty which is another cost to me. You have been sent an email and sent a recorded letter requesting YOU take the car and fix it or replace it or refund the money. How about you reply to that instead of trying to make yourself look good on Google reviews. I bought a car in good faith and now the car is not to be driven due to an oil pressure issue and you want me to drive it to your back street mechanic again to fix the issues. This experience in buying a car from you is something I would not wish on anyone. Answer to the emails instead of commenting on a Google review, I've had enough headache and I request a full refund for being sold a defective and broken car that's not fit for purpose.
