Called in on the off chance looking for some help for an emergency with my van. A gentleman believed to be the owner went out of his way and was really helpful in putting the issue right within a short time. Really impressed with professionalism and customer care at this location. Will definitely look at BVC for my next purchase.

Absolutely amazing service today had an issue with my motorhome wipers not working. Dropped it in at 8oclock was told would phone once problem identified had a call about 9 saying fault found and rectified. Asked about payment and was told there was no charge as it only took them a short while to sort the problem. Absolute amazing service as some garages would have at least charged an hrs labour. I felt you could really trust them . Nigel
