Sent me a spare key that’s not even paired with the van I purchased. Their answer is to go find someone to fix it and pay for it yourself.

Not reliable at all. I purchased a brand new refrigerated van but it did not come fully insulated. There was some part close to the back door that was not insulated. Their excuse was that I had chosen the standard insulation but my argument was not about the level of insulation but the lack of it.

My experience with this company started very well, ordered a new refrigerated Sprinter from them, 6 week wait, no problem. After 6 weeks wasn’t ready, ok can live with that, after another two weeks they drove from London to Leeds to loan us a van until ours was ready, couple of weeks. All delivered in a couple of weeks, van looks great really happy, might have been Monday morning. Wednesday morning van doesn’t start. Great, jump started it seemed ok. Called the sellers, informed them. Drive it Wednesday, Thursday van won’t start, battery drained. Drove it Thursday, Friday van won’t start. Paul from BHRV was pretty much uninterested, told us to either claim off the warranty or take it to a garage to have it looked at. Had it approx 70 days now, it hasn’t started for 60 of them, we now have to either keep jump leads with us or disconnect the battery overnight to make sure we can use it the next day. This van cost us \xa338,000 Camera fell off the back, they commented that we must have done that, it’s not even fixed to the van just screws into holes that don’t connect, rear door locks loose so don’t close properly. A real shame as I’d said to Paul I was so happy with the van I’d give them a great review, and was also looking for another similar van to buy straight away, then all the above happened and they just were not interested in fixing it. Legal route next then small claims,

Fantastic experience from north of Scotland to south of England with very little hassle. Van delivered to the door all coordinated by BHRV. would definitely recommend or use them again should we need another fridge van.
