AVOID AT ALL COST! Bought a Van, had it delivered. Soon as i got in the van and drove it went in to limp mode. Warranty will not cover it as issue is there at point of sale. Director supposedly only communicates on email. They will not reason with me to have the vehicle fixed, their only option is for me to recover the vehicle back to them for them to fix. All at my own cost after spending over \xa318k. Currently proceeding through small claims court. Reported them to the warranty company for trying to make fraudulently ask me to make the claim in a few weeks time so they would cover it. Also reported to motor ombudsman. 19/ 06 - in reply to your comment. - no fault at sale? - i bought the van had it delivered the same afternoon after delivery i sent you messages and photo evidence of the fault at 7.36pm on 04/06 when it was delivered. Hadn’t even done 1mile in the van. It was advertised with a full service history, even has the paperwork. However evidence of the filter is below. I was sold the remap by your sales team. I was advised it would not affect warranty. Clear as day in the messages below. I submitted a warranty claim the day after delivery, after i had it plugged in which was advised by your saleman Theo. Screen shot of this message below. You wanted me to get the vehicle recover from cornwall to you at my cost. Not happening i paid for warranty. Last you told me was you would accept a full refund. So i took you up on that offer no response. Again photos attached below of these messages. Ive tried working with you, you’re clearly avoiding everything. Please see all photos for evidence.

I’ve just bought a van from Champion and I am very happy with the whole process. The van was in excelent condition, my mechanic came with us to have a look and they did the best to accomodate us. They were very transparent with everything, their mechanic is very knowledgeable and the most important thing, they are honest. Very happy with my new van. Thank you!

5 star experience with these guys the van they built for my fiance, and I was also 5 star. Communication was on point always in the loop of what's going on, what needs to be done, would I like this or that. Over the moon, with the quality of the build, can't fault it. Just need to make ourselves a gadabout and show her off to the world.
