I had my air con re-gassed and everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful at reception. It was quick and efficient with the service being done within the time frame given. Also really good price, one of cheapest in the area. Can’t recommend enough.

Brilliant experience buying my car off Shwan and the team! Fantastic communication throughout. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and show the utmost professionalism. I recently bought my Audi TT from Congleton Autos. I was initially nervous to come all the way from Swansea to buy a car but they were amazing! The customer service experience was very good from the first message to leaving the garage with my new car. The car was in mint condition, with a new MOT and service, and it was a great price. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Highly recommend - very friendly service and great deal on a car. Very responsive to initial queries and no hard sell. When we’ve picked the car up they have serviced and replaced tyres and made everything very smooth and easy. Very happy with car and customer service.

We recently bought our Mazda MX-5 from Congleton Autos. Having taken a gamble to travel from central Scotland we weren't dissapointed. The customer service experience was very good from the first call to leaving the garage with our new car. We were even collected from the train station. The car was as described in the advert and in excellent condition. They definitely look after their vehicles and customers. We didn't feel rushed to look over the car and when out test driving it. All staff members including the lovely ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. We had a little niggle with the car after we'd been driving it home for an hour. The gentleman who we had dealt with in the garage offered to cover the cost of having it looked at and repaired. Brilliant communication and he even checked in with us when we were driving home to make sure we were OK. I would 100% recommend this garage and for anyone worrying about taking the gamble on travelling, it was worth it. We'd do it again. Much thanks to all at Congleton Autos. Keep doing what you're doing!

Brought a car and PX mine and he was very generous and great communication highly recommend thank you. 28/4/25 After having a little trouble with the car I got back in touch with the garage and without any hesitation took it back to be fixed had to leave the car as we live I rugeley he borrowed us a car to get back home very generous from him this garage is very highly recommend very nice people to conduct business one of the best garages I have ever had pleasure dealing with 5 STAR SERVICE EVERY TIME.
