Better late than never, I’d like to say a huge Thankyou to some of the Audi Liverpool staff that continue to go over and above, in particular Fran who is always a gentleman and is an asset to the team, Katie who was great, really positive and professional in dealing with a small issue and was very kind to leave a little surprise in my car which was such a nice touch. Also to the person who cleaned the outside of my car and applied some sort of glue to a deep scuff (that someone had left for me in the supermarket car park!) which looks like it protects it from getting worse, could management please acknowledge and thank them personally for me as I don’t know their name but I appreciate it. If you could give me a suitable email I will privately provide my registration to help allocate and would love to know what the glue stuff is. Kind regards

Unfortunately had to ring and deal with Audi countless times due to vehicle breaking down and having multiple issues, the attitude and arrogance that you receive when speaking to them is disgraceful, you need to training your team in how to provide a pleasant customer service.

Ian O'Shea, one of the sales person here at this Audi site, was extremely dismissive. We may have turned up 15 minutes prior to them closing but the dismissive attitude was unnecessary. As a customer turning up to view the cars and try get some information, be it a lot of a little, we expect a level of grace and attitude. What we received was dismissive and disgust that we have turned up and threatened his ability to potentially finish on time.

Totally disappointing. Sadly ,I can’t give less than 1 star. My new Audi A3 has had problems with the aIr conditioner for quite a few weeks now,not an ideal situation in the middle of the summer.The car was at Liverpool Audi garage for two days in the end of May and all they did was to refill the gas which obviously didn’t help and the problem reoccurred only a month after it was “fixed”,this time with a hissing noise . I called back on 2 July only to be told that the next available appointment was on 29th July…I tried to explain to the person on the other side of the line that this was a problem that had recently been looked at and I shouldn’t be asked to wait for another month without having air conditioning when it’s 30 degrees outside but all I got was a hang up. I sent them an email expressing my concerns but never got a reply. I tried getting help from Audi UK customer service but they couldn’t be more useless.Honestly- don’t bother contacting them,it’s a massive waste of time.It took them two weeks to “investigate “ the issue and their “solution” was to advise me to get back to Liverpool Audi because there was nothing they could do. Now I know- never buy an Audi again.I am just waiting for the two years of my PCP to expire so I can return the car,of course,with non-working air conditioning. I am also making Audi HQ in Ingolstadt aware what a frustrating experience I had here.

Unfortunately not a good customer service experience, I went in looking to compare the A1 and Q2 and the assistant I approached couldn’t have been less interested. Unlocked the car without standing up from his seat and continued to work on his laptop as I spoke to him, and when I asked for information on the differences between the two models I got the reply ‘they’re different cars’. I do look quite young despite being mid 30s, and was dressed in sports gear so I wonder if the assistant didn’t take me seriously as a customer for this reason, but I hope not. I visited another dealership and purchased the A1 from there about a month following.

Due to a member of staff whom has now left Audi Sandhills, I had to go back twice to the garage just for getting my car diagnostic done, which could have been done when I left my car there for servicing for a few days. Katie at service is amazing, she always gets things sorted.

Disappointed again to be let down, pre booked service and courtesy car only to be told no car available and this is the 2nd time to happen. Will be looking at going elsewhere for next service
