Absolutely Brilliant Experience – 100% Recommended! I recently bought a second-hand V, from Base Vans, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless. Rupert was brilliant – incredibly helpful, honest, and an all-round great guy to deal with. He made everything easy and stress-free, and I felt 100% confident and looked after throughout. It’s been lovely to have met Rupert, Robbie, and the team — they’ve been nothing but professional from the very beginning. They even helped with recovery and sourcing a mechanic when my car broke down on my very first trip to Basevan (haha, what an introduction!). Since then, they’ve continued to offer open communication and support, even after my purchase, which has been incredibly helpful during my camper conversion. I bought a van from these guys last year, November, and I promised to give a review after after 3 months. First and foremost, the purchase process was as easy and smooth as you can get anywhere, I'll give 5 stars for this. Secondly, the van was in superb shape and was sold at a very reasonable price. It was purchase and drive. Again, a 5 stars for this. Thirdly, post purchase support. I'll give this a 4 stars because of how the conversation started, but Rupert and his team handled it so well in the end that I didn't have any complain anymore. I enjoyed the van like it was near new until it was sadly stolen in Sheffield a couple of days ago. I will surely recommend Basevan and will definitely patronise them again if I need to.
