I always take my time buying a car so when chris didn't pushed me to buy i felt comfortable ( it took me 2 weeks to decide), he also made it easy and will do everything you need to do (ie log book, private reg, road tax/refund). Cheers chris, Audi A7 is just what I wanted.

Travelled up to Stafford for an Audi Q5 which looked good on the advert, but only after having speaking on the phone to a fellow called Chris first. Chris was great from start to finish , real old school and no nonsense what you see is what you get type of fella. He gave me the lowdown on the Audi and confidence to make the 1hr 40 min trip up. Got to the site which I have to say was impressive and especially the building premises - prestigious it was indeed. 1hr in and paperwork following a test drive was completed with one of life’s gems! He’ll hate me for saying this but ….. On shaking hands goodbye he got is Wallet out and said “here you are , petrol money on me for the journey back which I hope is a safe one”! Lovely man to do business with.

We brought our Volvo XC 90 in July. The test drive and purchase and part exchange went smoothly. We were allowed to test drive by ourselves so we were able to discuss our decision privately. We had also had the chance to look at the car a few days before test driving without any pressure. We had a couple of hiccups in the first week of owning the car which were sorted by Lord Chris as quickly as possible with the utmost professionalism with an courtesy call a day or so later to make sure all was ok. We love our new car and it's everything we were looking for at a reasonable price. Many road trips done already and many more to come.
