After choosing and arranging to pick the car up on two different dates we were told the car still wasn’t ready, and had to wait a further 2 weeks later, had to pick the car up from Norwich, we’re down on the coast in Sussex. Finally picked the car up, a Vauxhall the window had a problem and they said they had sorted the car, but the headlight was full of condensation and had just passed an mot, picked up the car as the said condensation would clear in a couple of weeks so trusted them, I called a couple days later to inform them that I had no spare wheel repair kit and a couple of weeks later with the headlight still full of condensation. Car was brought 19 April the repair on the window they said was ok still doesn’t shut properly and let’s water in when it rains heavy, I was told there would be a headlight sent down but this has never happened, I have given up calling as the don’t answer the phone. When you spend over 7 thousands may not be a lot to some people but it is to me.

My brother bought a Focus from here in 2023. He paid over \xa3200 for an extra 12 month blue chip warranty, and he's had nothing but trouble with it. The engine is now completely buggered, so he's left with no car and \xa33K still left to pay off on it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Crooks.

Saw a car online I loved at BMC, discussed everything over WhatsApp. I asked plenty of questions and they were all answered with detail and politely. Process was well explained and the car was delivered to me. Absolutely love the car, fantastic condition. Only thing was I was informed it would be coming on a truck but this was changed last minute and they drove it to me which added mileage. Overall great service ✨

Just collected our 4th purchase from BMC, very happy, easy process, no pressure sales, had dealings with Jason the owner, John, Charlie, and Luke in sales, and of course Linda in the office who sorted all of my paperwork, their stock list is endless, and will have something you want with a proper warranty!!
