I drove 3 hours to pick up my new van from this company, it was nothing like the van in the pictures. They had painted over rust and the van was not Road worthy. When I complained they where very rude, luckily we purchased a van from Vans-hq near by I would recommend Vans-hq but not Flag Vans.

I bought a van from Flag on October 24. Staff were friendly and relaxed showing around the vehicle, test drive was no issues. Staff fixed a few minor problems on site for me at time of purchase. However less than 3 months later it had a major problem with the gearbox which I had to have repaired for \xa33500. I have emailed the garage and they have offered a good will payment for the repair if the van. I did not take the van back to Flag as I live some distance away and needed to repair the vehicle, however Flag were understanding of this and I can't fault their service
