I highly recommend Direct Car Sales. Bought a car from them in June and received great service. I picked the car up and am really pleased with it. Did have a slight unforeseen issue develop with the gearbox but George and the team were great. They took the car back and gave me a courtesy car whilst they dealt with the issue - no quibble or hassle. Delivered the car back to me all sorted. Buying a second hand car can feel stressful and difficult to know what to look for and who to trust when buying a used car. I’m happy to recommend Direct Car Sales as had a good experience and good customer service.

It has now been over three months since I paid \xa312500 for a vehicle from Direct Car Sales Limited which was advertised with a brand new engine. The engine suffered catastrophic failure that same day. Professional diagnosis has been supplied. Direct Car Sales Limited have offered no support, financial compensation or final resolution to rectify said failing. They have not conducted themselves in line with their own complaints procedure. Case now being progressed to the court.

It has now been eight weeks since I purchased a vehicle for \xa312500 on the 3/8/24 from this dealer. It suffered catastrophic engine failure a mere 121 miles from the dealership. They have not followed their own complaints procedure, nor replied or offered any form of support or final resolution. Case is now with a third party and progressing through the Ombudsman. Will likely end up in court. I will continue to update the outcome.

Avoid at all costs! Purchased a vehicle from them and broke down before even getting home. Doesn’t answer calls and no support offered.

I had a great experience with Simon and George selling my dads car after he passed away. They were very helpful explaining the process over the phone, and patient with me as I am a newbie, and were friendly and polite when we met in person.
