Vicky is always amazing and I cannot thank her enough. On this occasion, though, I have to give special mention to Sally on reception. When I visited on Wednesday 10th of June she was so kind, caring and supportive. She provided breakfast and drinks, and even went out of her way to get me lunch. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me.

Robbie was exceptionally friendly, patient and always happy to help with any questions nothing felt rushed and the whole process was smooth.
