I went to the Bristol branch today where I was greeted by two members of staff having an argument outside of the main door, when I went inside It did not get much better as I waited some time to talk to someone and when I did I was asked to wait next to the cars that I was there to look at. When a member of staff finally came he told me he was busy and I made an appointment to return on Friday. I then went to the Volvo garage where the staff could not do enough for me hence why I bought a new car with them , Peugeot’s loss. The service was diabolical in view.
I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a great experience. Dipesh was very helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and ensured I felt comfortable with my purchase. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I would highly recommend both Dipesh and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Just received my new vauxhall mokka from the mobility scheme yesterday. Harry the person you was in charge of mobility was very professional and helpful, he guided me through all the way . No question was a problem and he answered all my questions. Harry on the day of handover he we through the features of the new car. Thank you Harry 5 +++++
