Rubbish , un helpfull ,van had problems first three days ,would not take it back said would fix it , it came back after nine days ,more things wrong , I said I wanted to have money back NO , I will fix it ,I should have contacted finance company then ,but I did not , due to my nievate or thought people are decent . But no finance company just as bad ,I have only had it a month still in a garage , how do some people sleep . I can't believe I'm stuck next five years paying it off with a rubbish van
Bought a Range Rover Evoque 14 plate just over a week ago, very happy with the car and the service we received, Jamie and Sandra were very professional and even went the extra mile for us when we asked for some advice on our second car which had a body work issue. Jamie recommended a course of action and went as far as ordering the required product needed! More than happy with the entire experience. Thank you both.
Avoid!!! Had the worst experience with Pembrokeshire Car and Van Sales. Within a day of buying my car, the brakes had issues and the car was shaking. They reluctantly fixed that, but only a few weeks later the turbo completely went. When I contacted the dealer for help, he was extremely rude, refused any support, and told me it was my own problem. A dealership should stand behind the cars they sell, but instead I was left stranded and out of pocket. Avoid this place at all costs!
I recently bought a ford focus and I\u2019m so happy with it! It did have a problem with one of the sensors but as soon as I mentioned it they got it straight into the garage and had the mot done the same time I\u2019m also reassured I can go back if I\u2019ve got any more problems or questions lovely family who work there and I\u2019d highly recommend them! \U0001f601
I bought a Dacia duster from them back in January 2025. I had a rough idea of the car I wanted but they had afew similar and gave me lots of information to make an informed decision on my purchase and were more than helpful. After care has been nothing but excellent and the experience of all exchanges makes me 100% confident to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Friendly family service.
