Not impressed. Bought a 2019 vivaro, all seemed fine on inspection and test drive. Drove 30 mins home and the dashboard lit up with all sorts of warnings lights. Returned immediately to dealer after calling . Returned to find no one at the premises, At which point i wanted a full refund. Waited hour and half to receive a refund . Very unapologetic and overall a massive waste of time . Wouldnt recommend
This garage has been honestly great. We bought a 2017 Ford transit from them we traveled all the way from st Ives Cornwall to get the van. And sadly we had an engine issue. Fm motors worked with us to get it booked into a garage and with no hassle at all they helped get it fixed and payed for. Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I can\u2019t thank them enough for there help. Thank you everyone!
No1 van sales without question. I now have my third van from Tim. Brilliant Van very happy. Again no pushy sales, it was very easy. The warranty is good for peace of mind. With Dans Auto Repairs carrying out any issues. Will always recommend buying a van from FM Motors. Second van I have brought from F M Motors. I can honestly say without a doubt the best place to buy from. No pushy sales, left to look around till want help. The trade in of my van and sale of my new van was not complicated with everything explained and a good after sales package. Tim and team exceptional, carry on the good work Adding to this review about warranty So most garages offer a warranty which isn\u2019t worth the paper it\u2019s wrote on. I had a couple of issues during the warranty time. Called Tim whom authorised the work with Dans Auto Repairs who are independent from FM sales. Booked in quickly with repairs carried out with no issues. So F M van sales is definitely the only place I would recommend to buy a van from. The warranty is brilliant with no problems if need to use it. The lads at Dans Auto Repairs are great and I will carry on using them for my van and car repairs. Also Tim and team at F M van sales are brilliant
