A massive thank you to D & L Motors. I was looking for a BMW X3, I had seen so many BMW\u2019s and not been happy with any of the vehicles I\u2019d seen, and the salesman\u2026..my god\u2026.they were either so desperate to sell their cars or so arrogant it was awful. I\u2019d seen one from D & L Motors and everything about the car was looking good, but I didn\u2019t want to get my hopes up because so many of the cars I\u2019d seen were terrible. But the car from D & L Motors was amazing\u2026.and Mark the guy who owns the business was such a lovely man. My dad hit it off with him straight away and that\u2019s a good sign \U0001f60a Mark never pushed me into buying the car, instead he just let me do my thing. I saw that there was a fault with the battery and without hesitation he said I\u2019ll put a new one on, Mark also MOT the car for me. This was all done within 2 days of me seeing the car to me picking the car up and considering I lived almost 2 hours away Mark was incredibly accommodating. I would 100% recommend Mark and D & L Motors and would like to thank him for being honest and reliable. \U0001f601
We\u2019ve had THE BEST service possible with Mark & Rob. From mentioning we were looking for a new car to driving home in our new car 5 days later. The transaction was faultless & we couldn\u2019t be happier with our new vehicle. They even took our battered old one off our hands. What a fantastic experience we had buying a Land Rover Freelander 2 from D and L Motors. The last car we bought had to be rejected which left us very dubious of the car trade, but these guys restored our faith. The car had bags of detailed history right back to its PDI. It came with new brake pads & discs, 4 new tyres, completely full service and 12 month MOT. The MOT had a couple of small advisories which were taken care of before being delivered. From start to finish the whole experience has been 5*.I honestly couldn\u2019t fault a thing and would recommend dealing with D and L Motors to all.
Purchased a LWB MOVANO from these guys in 2024 that we turned into a motor caravan the transaction was so smooth, both mark & rob was very helpful with aspects from the van to camping and parkups, very friendly people that goes the extra mile to help, will definitely use again, A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH
Normally I can\u2019t be bothered to write reviews but these two guys, Mark and Rob, are great and really deserve a good review. We knew exactly what car we wanted, saw one of these advertised at D and L Motors and arranged to go and see it. We loved the car - Land Rover Discovery Sport - and found that Mark and Rob were really friendly, normal and not pushy \u201csalesmen\u201d. (I used to sell cars many years ago and I now HATE car salespeople \U0001f602) We agreed to buy the car and they even delivered it to us as we lived over an hour from where they are located. Later, we did find a couple of issues with the car (hey, it\u2019s 10 years old!) but they really went above and beyond in sorting these out for us and we are delighted with the way they looked after us. Before we first went to them, we had seen some good reviews that said they really look after you and I just thought \u201cyeah, yeah, yeah\u201d. However, we found this to be absolutely the case! Unusual, I think, for used car dealers to be so good. Thank you guys. \U0001f60e
