0 Previous Owners, 1980 Ford Escort 1.3L 4 door. RHD Import from South Africa which was brought over some time ago and sold. The customer got it Uk registered and did some work on it , has used it this year. He has got the chance of a few very famous old Triumph so he has asked us to move the Escort on.We have the V5, current Mot till 2026, original handbook and service book, with lots of entries. We also have an original brochure showing a car exactly the same as this on it. Its a lovely original example and is on the button ready to go.Body - Mk2 Escort 4 door. This car has its original inner wings, strut tops, sills, arches, boot wells, strut tops, pillars, floors, boot floor. Its never been welded and all looks very good underneath. The paintwork is perfectly presentable. It has picked up a couple of minor scuffs over the years but overall a tidy old car which will turn heads wherever it goes. The colour is its original, which is Mimosa Yellow, a South African colourMechanics - All standard and in good order. Current owner has fitted a new steering rack, 4 new tyres, carried out a full service which included plugs,points, condenser, oil and filter. . It also passed its MOT with no advisories. It runs and drives very well, starts with no issues.Interior - All standard and fairly tidy. Good door cards, headlining carpets. Rear seat is ok but has split at the top. Passenger seat is good but drivers seat has split along the stitching. Minor crack on dashtop.Wheels - Standard wheels with new tyres and chrome trim rings.
