Lotus Elise 2006 - 111R Touring 2dr

The Lotus Elise 111R was introduced in 2004 building on the success of the 111S, but most notably featuring the introduction of the 2ZZ 1.8 litre Toyota VVTL-I engine. A significant upgrade over the K-Series Rover engine previously used.This new engine produced 189bhp giving a 0-60mph time of 4.9 seconds. The power was driven through a 6-speed gearbox and the car also featured servo-assisted braking with ABS, a first for the Elise model. Standard equipment for the 111R included a leather interior, sun visors, central door locking and a stereo with front and rear speakers.This particular car was first registered in June 2006 directly to Lotus Cars Ltd at Hethel, and is believed to have been used as a company vehicle before entering private ownership.Finished in the fantastic colour of Canyon Red (B117) with a complimenting black leather interior, this Elise stands out from the crowd.
