If I could give them a zero I would. The vehicle was delivered on 24 July 2025 and became non-operational on 26 July 2025. More than three weeks passed, with repairs still incomplete. I have incurred hundreds of pounds in additional costs for buses, trains, and taxis, and have been forced to cancel family plans and engagements. The shoddy salesman has nothing but excuses and fails to respond unless I send numerous messages.. Since I have exercised my consumer rights he has now ghosted me and is refusing my legal rights and yet we are coming up on a month tomorrow and he still has the car! Steer clear!!

I had an excellent experience at Star Cars London! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Malik was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. They didn’t pressure me at all, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The dealership had a great selection of cars, and the prices were competitive. I was able to test drive a few options, and they made sure to walk me through all the features and financing options. The paperwork was straightforward, and I didn’t feel rushed at any point. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my new car and the entire buying experience. I would highly recommend Star cars London to anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional car-buying experience.
