My experience at Vertu Honda Derby was memorable because Will the salesperson we dealt with was polite ,curteousknowledgeable about the used car we were purchasing which was not a Honda so he obviously did some preparation before our visits as he knew alot about the workings of the vehicle which was very useful as i have never had a Mercedes before. He also went over them again when I picked the car up . Also a nice touch was his line manager came out when i picked the car up to check that i was happy with the car and the service i had received.
The experience at Vertu Honda Derby was good because Samuel that sold me the car was kind and not pushy in any way. I rang about the hrv they had in stock,due to it being the same as the loan car I had of there's. Samuel had got the figures together for my honda jazz crostar that was already with them for a recall. The whole transaction changing my car was easy. Thank you Samuel for your help .
