Ford Kuga 2016 - Titanium 5dr 2.0 TDCi 150PS 2WD Manual

Being in this market for a Peugeot 208 my wife and I visited Days Motorpark in Garngoch. We were attended by a salesperson, politely at first, who within seconds was asking how I intended to pay for the vehicle. Was it cash or did I want finance. I hadn't looked at the car in detail, sat in it let alone test driven it. When I responded that I didn't know if I was going to purchase it, and pointed out that the vehicle had quite a few little marks and chips where seemingly the doors had hit things when being opened, his attitude changed almost immediately. He simply didn't like the fact that I had challenged his statement. 'its a used car what do you expect' and instantly became very obnoxious and threatening. Asked if we could drive it he stated twice that it was impossible as he was on his own. His threatening attitude continued to the extent that I complained to him about it and told my wife that we were leaving. Then it transpired he wasn't on his own as his manager was there as well. He did offer for me to speak with his manager but by this time I knew full well that this was not a vehicle sales location that I wished to deal with. As we departed to our car his ranting continued. I'm certainly not slating the premises or the vehicles, they may be first class, however, if this particular sales persons attitude, who on more than one occasion mentioned he'd been selling cars for, 30 years, is to go by, then I'd be very wary indeed. No doubt a response will appear naturally blaming us etc etc but please, be aware, that salespeople like this do exist. I will also post this on tripadviser as well. I will further consider whether the hierarchy at Days should be made aware as having a confrontational salesperson does certainly not reflect well on their business.

Avoid avoid avoid. Bought a ford KA out of every single penny in my savings of 18 years on my 18th birthday. The same day I bought it a bulb went, took it back the next day and they fixed it. A couple of months later my entire exhaust blew while I was driving. I have had so many problems with my car and my local garage has told me it was sold to me in no condition to be sold. They act like they’re great and here to help but I’ve spent over 600 pound on repairs including a new back box for my exhaust (they fixed my exhaust the first time for free under warranty, which took them 2 weeks and they somehow racked up over 50 miles on my car while doing it?) my back box then went less than a year later. My indicators have never worked properly always jamming and sticking, and the pipe that transports my wiper fluid to my back window burst and left the back of my car floor blue. Would not recommend to Anyone who wants a working car. Oh and also all of the buttons for your car will fall off your keys 👍
