I have purchased many vehicles over the years and can say that my experience at Wetlands was thoroughly professional and I would not hesitate going back again to this dealership.
My experience at Waylands Oxford could have been better because the used vehicle I had ordered was delivered with multiple defects that should have been detected during the pre-handover checks. Furthermore the interface between Polestar and the dealer was slow and unreliable, resulting in me having to contact both parties to move the sale along. It's now 4 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and I've only had it for 4 days in that time (the rest was either waiting for handover or returned to dealer for repair).
