Absolutely 5-star by Mark Whitton and team on my Dacia deal. After being led down and messed about by Dacia Leeds; I went back online and used CarWOW. Mark Whitton got back with an attractive discount, called back and added video of the car in showroom. By end of the day – I had the outline of a finance deal; trade-in price and a monthly payment in the range I wanted. Simples. So helpful, polite, zero pressure, very accurate info on factory orders and delays and issues; not the empty promises I had heard from Leeds (for example). I felt I knew what was going on, I understood the factory bottlenecks and I was able to decide the path of least resistance on this purchase. Car arrived on the date promised. Trade-in price was honoured. Free mats and Youclip accessories suppled – plus a Pentagon Lifestyle detailing kit. Such a refreshing experience; most of it done online, minimum of 40 mins in the showroom and now on the road with our Dacia Bigster Journey 155. Thanks – Highly Recommended!

Bought a Dacia Duster in June of this year and purchased the Assurance Upgrade Package which includes a spare key. At the time of driving away my salesman - Jamie, informed me that there were no spare keys in stock and it was contractually agreed that he would send this on in the post a few weeks later. After a month I still had not received anything so I contacted him requesting an update. I eventually received an email saying that the spare key was "on order". Several weeks later I still had not heard or received anything. I have left numerous emails and voice messages which have all been ignored. It has been over two and a half months and there has been zero communication from Jamie or Pentagon. I have now sent a formal complaint to Pentagon Motor Group requesting a refund and even this has gone unacknowledged. That tells you everything you need to know about this lot. AVOID this dealership. Their after-sales experience has been a joke.
