I havent been impress of service and car been offered was in wery bad condition many thing were broken but gentelman sayed will be fixed ( and i assume next time will be broken 🤷‍♀️so i think buying car there it will be bad idea . Questioned Gentelman and received message as i should not ask how long they have care here as this question shoukd not be added we both with friend of mine was shock as Gentelmen was rude to us. But gentelen didnt cath as important for is is how long car is there as noone ride but gentelman still in his attitiude - So we left this place as since we came in we felt like this place and gentelman welciming us is not a profesional.

WATCH WHEN BUYING A CAR FROM HERE Can’t say I will even give them one star as they are that bad Poor after sales Brought a car from them in February 2025 and have had nothing but issues with the car since I brought it I spend over \xa33935 on this car which was a citeron DS3. I went to look at it and took it for a test drive after that felt very pushed into buying it on the spot. I told them I was going to go home and think about it, by the time I got home I had multiple messages telling me that someone else wants to test drive the car and they can’t guarantee it will still be for sale after. Picked the car up on the Saturday 1st February and since march ive. Had nothing but trouble with black smoke pouring out the exhaust I Returned the car to them as was still under warranty for them to do a quick fix as it was nearing the end of the warranty Been without a car for the past 3 months and out of pocket by over \xa3500 in cost of getting two other independent garage to look at my car as well as paying for the finance and insurance on a car I cannot drive. After both independent garages and an independent engineer all agree that these issues were there at the point of sale. The DPF was so severely blocked you couldn’t see through it. The turbo was on its way out The EGR valve was sticking All issues they should have inspected when I handed the car back to them not just a quick fix of a regeneration on the car and telling me to keep putting DPF cleaner through it to sort it out. Being a young female they thought they could just fob me off with a forced regeneration on my car however after further tests and diagnosis it shows the car had these issues at the point of sale. Which they are still not owing up too despite it being noticed on previous mot history and an independent engineer doing an inspection on the car. I’m now without a car for over three months and being a support worker isn’t ideal and losing money every day until they own up as still having to pay finance and insurance on a car that’s sitting there Will not use them again after someone else I know had a letter from a finance company saying a car they owned has outstanding finances they don’t seem to do their checks on vehicles
