I came in and was greeted by a lovely lady who I haven’t seen before. she was so helpful and full of knowledge I love the idea she is helping with the food banks such a wonderful idea! she really is a credit to your company. she was so friendly she made us feel so welcome when we came in. she was really tall and got brown hair I think her name was Sue I hope I’m right as she really does deserve the recognition for being an absolute 10/10

Absolutely shocking customer service I bought a car, and have had quite a few problems with it. Long story short they had it back it came back with more problems and the original ones not even fixed. I had a year's RAC warranty which was a waste of time didn't pay for anything I've had to pay out of my own pocket to put everything right. I've had lengthy phone calls with the manager and got nowhere and have found out that I have been lied to all along the way. very unhelpful disappointing service I really would say go and buy a car somewhere else you'll have a better experience better car and better service no doubt that I'm sure. avoid avoid avoid.

We recently purchased a 61 plate Vauxhall Corsa from Dudley Motors with only 52000 genuine miles on the clock, the car is in really good condition for it's age We had seen the car online, but having recently had our car written off we were unable to get to the showroom that easily, when I phoned and explained this, the salesman ,.Anthony Cook very kindly offered to bring the car to our house for us to see We were impressed by the car and Anthony's willingness to go over and above. We collected the car a couple of days later and we are really pleased with it Thank you to Dudley Motors and in particular to Anthony, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!
