I would not recommend Baylis Cheltenham because I purchased a vehicle at a much higher cost monthly but the car is faulty. The tracking is off which they have seen and agreed with but they have no tracking machine so we have to go somewhere else to have this done. Extremely inconvenient
My experience at Baylis Cheltenham was positive because Charlie was an excellent sales person who was extremely kind and thorough however the same can’t be said for the Manager who didn’t even come out an acknowledge a potential customer and was not even interested in giving any discount or extras. Have had better service from the manger at my last Honda dealership. If it weren’t for Charlie and his good customer service I would not have bought the car. The delivery drivers weren’t as clued on as I expected. I have had to muddled thru the specifics of the car and at 71 years of age that is a challenge.
The staff at Baylis Cheltenham were good because Claire was an exceptional person, we contacted her on the Sunday re a car in Hereford, she had the car in Cheltenham the next day and we drove it home on the Tuesday, Claire is an exceptional sales person, would definately recommend her.
