Bought a car off dylan in sep/oct last year to travel to and from london. Vw scirocco reg VN61 SKX 2 months into owning the car it broke down. Car was picked up by dylan which left me commuting from Wales by train and busses. When asked to be placed in a courtesy car i was told that wasn't in his policies therefore i was left out of pocket. Weeks went by and i was finally reunited with my vehicle only for it to be making noises i was told it was fine to carry on driving it. On returning from london one night the timing chain snapped completely mangling everything in the engine. The car was picked up once again leaving me commuting to london and back by train with no customer after care after some debate dylan reluctantly gave me a lend of a Toyota Aygo. Dec 23rd arrived the car was returned to me after around 6 weeks. I drove to cardiff and back to do some late xmas shopping and the engine management light once again came on and the car was leaking oil. I phoned dylan and was met with attitude and was told he was coming to pick the vehicle up and return my money to me as he was not going through that over xmas. Money was returned and vehicle went back to the garage. As i didn't have the log book to hand i was told it would be sorted and not to worry. It is now April 6th and have received a tax fine of \xa388 which i had to pay or the fine would of doubled. Thankyou Akkerman automotive for the amazing experience of purchasing a \xa36000 car that i dont own anymore but am still paying out for. I hope this review costs you as much and more than its cost me.

Bought a car from Dylan a few weeks ago. Car was as described, communication from Dylan was excellent as well as his knowledge of cars. Seems like Dylan likes to offer quality second hand cars and is particular about what he buys to offer for sale. Family concern that I hope goes from strength to strength.
