After a VERY disappointing visit (on Monday) to Motor Range in Bootle where the young salesman couldn't hide his disinterest when I said I wasn't going to go over my budget or buy on the day, fate took me past Crosby Park Garage (on Tuesday) where I met Chris O'Toole and found a FABULOUS car which I picked up today (Friday)! Chris was so far removed from the other guy - he listened to what I wanted, didn't try to up my budget, and more importantly, didn't patronise me! Got a much better part-ex deal, great customer service and after-sale deal, but ultimately a very personable, genuine, un-pushy salesman. Thank you so much, Chris! I would 100% recommend Crosby Park Garage to anyone and I'll NEVER go back to that other place!
