My experience at FJ Chalke Nissan Yeovil could have been better because after a few days of taking delivery of the car I had a tyre pressure warning which I returned the car to be resolved. After a couple hours I returned and was told the car was being washed and vacuumed and tyre was sorted. When I got in the car I checked the tyre pressure and it was the same as when I brought it in also hadn't been cleaned. I wasn't worried about that but don't say it's being done and then not bothering. A week later I tried to use the auxiliary electric outlet or cigarette lighter as we called it, and that didn't work. This I found interesting as I'd asked before I brought the car if the after market camera could be checked as it wasn't working. Was told wiring was live but camera was broken. After my own investigation it turns out the wiring was dead due to a blown fuse, camera works fine and the auxiliary outlet doesn't work due to not having a fuse in place!!! Did ring to try and get these issues resolved by yourselves but was told as you had IT issues you would get back to me ...I'm still waiting for that call Due to the fact your technicians didn't discover a missing fuse I'm unlikely to use your garage to service my car.
