We were met by very knowledgeable polite & transparently honest Mohammed . We had earmarked from advert 3 particular cars to view … Each car Mohammed drove into the most convenient position to easily view all around and inside . We we very impressed by the rapid way our particular priorities were picked up on and how Mohammed was able to present us with a clear comparison guide : MPG, age compared to mileage , no. of service history stamps each car had , no. of owners cost of tax for each car. As boot size was very important to us each boot was quickly demonstrated to us as it was AND with back seats down .We were given enough personal space to discuss each car privately with availability of advice & knowledge to answer our questions . We felt we were met with very fair negotiation on price . The icing on the cake they went above and beyond by ordering an accessory for the car that was important to us & had it posted to our home ! Importantly as a woman in what can be a “ man’s world” I was made to feel very welcome & comfortable & met with equality . In future we will return to Cardiff Car Sales as an only option to buy or source a suitable car for our needs as well as recommend them to family & friends . It’s been truly a great experience of a situation which can be fraught with stress Thanks so much Mr & Mrs Mervyn
