I would not recommend Vertu Ford Redditch because very poor experience for a main dealer, communication is none existent and had a few problems with this dealership from the off with there used cars and the main manager did try to put this right but yet again empty promises as still waiting for stickers that were not put on car and promised by manager that he would post them and still waiting, WHAT A SUPRISE !!! Not at all good service from a main dealer and the communication needs to be a lot better as it was shocking and don’t promise things that you can’t keep. Really disappointed.

The experience at Vertu Ford Redditch was good because Gabby Sinclair has excellent customer service skills, she explained everything, was really pleasant and she really cares.

My experience at Vertu Ford Redditch could have been better because the sales person was very derogatory towards our part exchange vehicles. The car was found on the Mazda website but the garage would not provide a Mazda warranty. There were delays when collecting the vehicle due to the incomplete valet and still had a dirty windscreen inside and the display console. So not happy!

Vertu Ford Redditch were fantastic because they did not descriminate me based on how long i stayed in the UK, i had only stayed 2yrs 2 months but still got their finance option. Great reception and communication from staff too.
