I would not recommend Vertu Honda Nottingham because the service over tge phone was shocking i made a deposit over phone promised I would be called next day on ways to pay promisee service mot ,then when I chased someone 3 times next day nobody new what i was talking about ,tried to tell me the car didn't come with years mot or service as previously promised we did want the car pretty quick however wasn't told paintwork wouldn't be complete till we got there we were then told it could be done in lincoln and someone would call to book on 4 weeks on nothing so we gave paid ourselves obviously more money charged to us we bought a car a few years ago and couldn't have wished fit better but feel hugely let down this time and will avoid in the future at all costs
The experience at Vertu Honda Nottingham was fantastic because everything was explained very well. Received a personalized video tour of the car which really helped demonstrate the features I can enquires about. Staff were patient and thorough and made sure I was happy with the options. Car was cleaned and extra bodywork repairs completed in time for collection. 10/10 service.
