I can’t thank this garage enough. My car wouldn’t start, and within minutes they came out and jump-started it for me. Not only that, they gave me clear directions to buy a replacement battery, fitted it on the spot, and had me back on the road — all in less than half an hour. The most incredible part? They refused to take a penny for their time or effort. In a world where good service can be hard to come by, their kindness and efficiency truly restored my faith in humanity. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — this is how every garage should be run. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

Excellent service from Puv and the team. Each time my van has been in I know it's in good hands.\xa0 Workmanship and communication is brilliant. I've had various repairs done recently and each time the work is completed quickly and at a fair cost. The last repair was a tricky one but Puv went the extra mile to get us back on the road. Fast! efficient and friendly service from all at NSCC, recently had an aircon regas done along with new break pads and discs for a very competitive price. Would highly recommend NSCC To anybody new into Newport and surrounding areas you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve not long moved to Newport and needed to find a garage initially for an MOT which New Street did for me. They booked me in as soon as possible, were very well priced and I had my car back in the same morning which was fab. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful so I would definitely recommend as I had rung a few other garages in Newport before finding them who were not so helpful! This week I went to them after I’d purchased a car from another garage but there were faults on it that I was unsure about, so took it to New Street on the off chance they could have a Quick Look for me and they were so helpful and gave me plenty of honest advice and looked at it straight away. Everyone is really friendly and as a young female garages are not always the most welcoming of places but this one is! Will absolutely be using them for all future cars / MOT’s and repair work if needed ☺️
