We had a great experience at Carlisle Audi because Patryk Swierczek really looked after us very well. Our initial experience was negative because the salesperson who agreed to meet us at a set time chose to prioritise another potential customer. However, one of the other staff members on duty referred us Patryk and thereafter all went well.
